Indistinct Mumblings of an Unsound Mind

Having an alright day for once.

Went to class. Tried to pick up my scooter, but the battery was dead for some reason. Kick-starter didn’t work. Second time that’s happened. The first time was at drop-off. He said it could be stiff on the new models, and I took him at his word. I ended up having to disconnect the headlight to get enough battery power for the engine to turn over. ┬áDuring the drive home, the air filter was still rattling and the left-side mirror kept falling down. The scooter keeps lurching at 35-40mph, like I’m being buffeted by wind, but there is none. The brakes squeak and squeal, and they react like the brake disc is warped.

So, I called Performance Scooter again. Bunch of freaking crap. I feel like I’ve wasted my money, and now I’m going to have to get a refund. I have this instinct telling me he’s going to fight a return (Despite Arizona Lemon Laws) and I don’t have the patience to deal with it. Not to mention the funding to by another scooter.

Second in a choice of irritating. I’m paying to go to school and I’m not learning. Then there’s Leo. I pissed him off last night. I don’t feel bad about it, but I’m disappointed with his behavior as of late, and I highly doubt it will change.

Ufck. So much I can complain about. Instead, let’s focus on the good. The house is managed. All my appointments are in order. I’ve got an awesome… whatever she is. And my kids are doing well in school. Luciene’s ear is getting better (He had a bug bite and associated reaction. I’m cleaning the porch today. Dishes are done. My homework is done. Win!
